Education & Demonstration of Direct Geothermal Energy, or edDGE, is a pilot demonstration project for direct geothermal energy technology, funded by the Victorian Government.

Short-term outcomes are to provide a clear demonstration that direct geothermal energy can make a major contribution to a sustainable future with a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

With these geothermal demonstration outcomes in mind, edDGE has given the 5x4 Project its full support with its geothermal energy system.
