Geothermal Heat Pump Systems are the most energy and cost efficient systems for heating and cooling.

The 5x4 Hayes Lane Project's air conditioning, heating and hot water (consumption and hot tub), will be generated using Geothermal Energy.

Along with the geothermal heating and cooling is a balanced mechanical ventilation system with energy recovery that provides fresh filtered air all year round, and can recover up to 95% of heating and cooling in the building.
